Common cases
Case 1:
You were caught driving under the influence, tested above 0.60 mg/l and spent the night in a police cell.
Case 2:
You had an accident while drunk, did not reach 0.60 mg/l, but you have been summoned to trial.
What now?
In both cases you can opt for a speedy trial. A speedy trial is a fast-track court procedure for common offences, held before the duty court itself. Its advantages are a quick resolution and the reduced sentence you obtain if you accept the charges.
What penalties can you face?
Driving licence withdrawal for 1 to 4 years. A fine of six to twelve months or community service of thirty-one to ninety days. A prison sentence of 3 to 6 months.
We help you get the lowest possible sentence, by opting for the speedy trial and benefiting from a one-third reduction of the sentence
