As members of the National Patient Advocate Association, we have a wide experience in the field of medical malpractice and sanitary law.
What steps should be followed?
The first step is to collect the entirety of the Clinical History. We must make a written request to the medical or professional center that has treated us, requesting us to provide a copy of all tests and reports.
What do I do with this documentation?
Once collected, we will send the documentation to one of our medical experts to evaluate it, indicate if there has been negligence and quantify the consequences.
If the expert confirms that there has been negligence, what should be done?
If the expert report reveals that there has been a malpractice, we will work together with the expert to file a lawsuit claiming for the injuries and damages suffered.
Types of common negligences:
– Lasik operation and intraocular lens.
-Remess in diagnosis
-Loss of opportunity
– Late detection of disease
